1. Definitions

Service refers to membership in the online reading club provided by BookNowRead.

Info Product refers to any digital e-book or downloadable content available on the Site.

Goods refers to any physical product purchased through the Site.

2. Use of the Site

Users must be at least 18 years old. Access to the Service and Info Products requires registration and acceptance of these terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.

3. Purchases

3.1 Service Subscriptions

Subscription fees for the online reading club are billed as selected. Access is granted upon payment.

3.2 Info Product Purchases

Digital e-books and other downloadable content are available for one-time purchase with immediate access upon payment.

3.3 Physical Goods

Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees may apply.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Service Subscriptions

Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing period to qualify for a full refund of the upcoming period. Membership may be transferred to a future period upon request. Once a billing period has begun, fees for that period are non-refundable due to digital access being granted immediately.

4.2 Info Products

All sales of digital e-books and downloadable content are final and not eligible for a refund once access has been granted. This policy is necessary because digital files can be duplicated instantly.

4.3 Physical Goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may send it back within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or replacement. Contact our team via our support form for instructions. You are responsible for proper packaging during shipping. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our receipt of the package.

5. Cancellations and Transfers

You may cancel a Service subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Transfer requests for Services must be submitted in writing prior to your next billing date.
